These grilled peaches are my favorite summertime snack! These sweet grilled peaches pair perfectly with the creamy, luscious burrata. The bed of arugula adds a peppery kick and the pine nuts add a wonderful crunchy texture. Top that with some extra virgin olive oil and a touch of honey and you have fresh, sweet and flavorful dish. Grilled Peaches and Burrata

Grilling Your Peaches.
Cut your peaches in half and remove the core/seed. Season to taste with sea salt. Place on to a hot grill cut side down. Grill until peaches are slightly softened and have a nice char on them. Remove your peaches from the grill and slice them.

Plating Your Peaches
Place down a bed of washed baby arugula. Then break open 2 balls of a high quality burrata and place them on your arugula. Lay down your grilled peach slices then drizzle over your extra virgin olive oil. Finish with honey and pine nuts.

Eat straight as a salad or serve atop some grilled ciabatta bread. (My personal favorite!)
