This one pan creamy ditalini pasta is the perfect easy weeknight dinner. It only takes a few ingredients and 15 minutes to make.

  1. Sautéing The Pasta

    On medium heat, Sauté your ditalini pasta and fresh minced garlic in extra virgin olive oil for about 3 minutes. 

  2. Cooking Your Pasta

    Pour in your chicken stock and bring to a boil. Cook until pasta is al dente (around 8-10 minutes). 

  3. Finishing Your Pasta

    Once your pasta is al dente, pour in your heavy cream and simmer on low for 1 minute or until most of the liquid has evaporated. Cut the heat then add in your unsalted butter and half of your Parmigiano Reggiano. Add in your dried parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine. 

  4. Enjoy!

    Serve your pasta with the remaining Parm, a drizzle of Olive Oil and fresh cracked black pepper. Then it's time to Dig In!
